That happened to DD's Molly. I was talking to our PS one day and mentioned it. She had me send Molly back to her. After looking at her she called us and said she would check her in to the hospital for us or she would just send out a new doll. DD decided on the new doll (I thought she would want the original back.) PS said we could have just sewn it ourselves if we didn't want a new head. I think it depends on how attached you and your DD are to your Felicity. Good Luck and let us know what you decide.
